- Golf Cart Service with a Smile! For those who have difficulty walking, rides available between Registration Bldg. and Workshop Sites
- Kanuga Canoes – Will be available for use while lifeguards are on duty 4 – 6 PM., Wed & Thurs. Canoes & life jackets available on a first come, first canoe basis.
- The Mural: Throughout the Retreat – Help create a 10′ mural in Balthis – Rodwell lobby. Everyone is invited to paint what has inspired them from the theme and speakers. Later through the year, the mural will travel from church to church in the region to share the experience and joy of the Kanuga Retreat.

MASSAGE: Relax and Renew. Massage therapists and other body workers will be available. Sign up at the registration tables upon your arrival. Payment is a love offering payable to the body worker at the time of your appointment.

11:00 – 12:00 ~ Free time or YOGA or Walk around the lake… check out nearby attractions including the Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site (tour of house, goat barns, hiking), Flat Rock Playhouse, golf at Crooked Creek, shopping in nearby historic downtown Hendersonville, arts & crafts, and antiques.
Gentle Flow Yoga: No experience necessary. Good for all levels. Please bring a mat, a small towel, and water.

*Sacred Path Labyrinth – an archetypal symbol of wholeness that invites one into a transformational prayer experience. Walking this mystical path is a personal pilgrimage to spiritual wholeness. A permanent outdoor Labyrinth is available near our main meeting hall – (Balthis-Rodwell). More information about the labyrinth is in your Kanuga Packet.
*Bodywork ~ A variety of healing bodywork & massage offered by skilled practitioners, available by appointment, for a love offering that you give directly to the practitioner. Make your appointment at Registration. Practitioner information is in your packet.
